Awful

I bought a towel from this company a couple months ago. The writing on the top was cut off and I felt for the money I paid ($100 Canadian with shipping) that it should’ve been fixed. I wrote a nice email explaining that I would still like to give them my business and hoping to have another one made. I didn’t get a response. I tried again 2 more times with no luck. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Here’s my towel that I ordered

Here’s my towel that I ordered…. I ordered 6 different personalized ones with different mermaid hair and cocktails …. They came in pretty quick -2 1/2 weeks …. They shipped separate from the mugs .mugs took a lot longer !
