If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. It took so long to fulfill the order I reported them as a scam company. Then when we finally go the order it had ha HUGE stain on it and we had to throw it away. They wouldn’t refund my money. Horrible quality. Horrible company. Stay away!!!!

All of the art is correct, but instead of on a coffee mug, it showed up yesterday as a light blue XXL sweatshirt.

I ordered multiple orders of the WTF “Wine Time Finally” tumbler in purple ..
1st order was 13 cups in the purple, they did not come out as deep tone in the custom people or the color purple of the cup, HOWEVER they were still
Nice and the ladies loves them!

2nd order was for a new lady who joined the group the cups came out half purple and half white. I reached out via email and after going back and forth showing pictures and all, they kindly sent me a new/corrected cup and this 2nd/3rd shipment is even WORSE!! It’s still half purple and half white and it doesn’t even wrap around the tumbler completely, you can barely read the name and even the texture is different. I reached out multiple times again and no answer.

I have spent a lot of money with the company or various orders even outside of this particular order and would like a response to correct my purchase.

Today as I wrote this review they sent me another cup and it’s just as ordered !!!!
I am back to being a Loyal customer !!
I only gave a 3 because of the error and back and forth if I would have originally got the correct cup they would have been 4 or 5 💜

I gave this tumbler as a christmas present to a friend, we took the tumblers for a new year trekking, we had a celebration on Dec 31 and on January 1, the tumbler was still with ice unmelted! amazing! my friend loves so much her tumbler that it is at her living room as decoration!!!

The mat arrived promptly after my order was placed. The pictures of my wife, dog & myself on it turned out as good if not better than the preview picture I saw when I ordered the mat. I am completely salified with this purchase.

I ordered this jacket for my husband for Christmas and got it a month later. It was too small and everything was wrong on it, it had every branch when I chose only Marines. I've asked for a refund but have gotten no response...very unhappy

We bought these for our bowling team! Loved the characters, but went with GIRLS TRIP and didn’t know how to change that to Bowling. Now we’ll have to go on a trip!!

I bought a towel from this company a couple months ago. The writing on the top was cut off and I felt for the money I paid ($100 Canadian with shipping) that it should’ve been fixed. I wrote a nice email explaining that I would still like to give them my business and hoping to have another one made. I didn’t get a response. I tried again 2 more times with no luck. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It doesn’t come like the picture! how it is originally posted online it does not arrive the same way. What’s on the back in the pictures, is actually on the front and the back is blank. I’ve emailed customer service twice, and haven’t had a response

I bought this for my boyfriend since he lost most of his clothing from when he was in the Navy. He loved it. The material is different. More slick and no furry inside like a sweatshirt but he like it a lot. I ordered an XL when he normally wears a medium or large and it fit him well. I am completely satisfied with this product and was so happy my boyfriend loved it too.

I would see this on a Facebook ad and I had to have it. It really describes me. I served a total of 20 years in the military and the quote on the mug describes my mindset. It’s a beautiful mug and I am enclosing a photo that has my name on the mug. Also the mug took a little time to get to me but it did and arrived intact. To everyone involved I say good job.

I had it professionally framed and it looks simply amazing. I can't express my gratitude enough. Do yourself a favor and cherish a piece of military, fire, police, history for your loved one to pass on and on.
