Poor Packaging

I am enjoying the hat and wear it often but when I received it from shipping this maker used an envelope type packaging and the hat was crushed and I had to use a steam iron to get the crush marks out of it.

misleading

the pictures made it look like a real moral patch sewn on the front of the hat. In reality it is printed on the front, and the shape of the hat is terrible. the material sticks out where it attaches to the brim. overall an average hat, not what I was expecting.
